TEAM

Ken Cowdery is founder of Articulate and owner of Frontline Project Management. Ken previously ran a successful property plc and has been Director of over 30 companies. Ken is a Chartered Surveyor, Fellow of the RSA and Chair of Governors of a special residential school.

Joanna Irlam is co-founder of KJX, a management consultancy specialising in strategic planning, project planning/implementation, business planning, feasibility analysis, developing top teams, and client representation.

Dave Sullivan, founder of Creekside Know-How and Chair of Hatcham Place, specialises in creative planning and implemention of innovative networking, public relations and recruitment/selection strategies. Dave was formerly Executive Mayor of a major London Borough and is currently trustee of a NHS Foundation Trust.

Colin Simmons, co-founder of Cavendish Berkeley, specialises in construction project management and in project partnering. Colin was formerly co-founder and managing director of a successful, well-respected construction company. Colin is a Charity trustee.

Associates Articulate works closely with a number of associated consultancies bringing specialist skills in planning, public relations, human resources, design, architecture, master planning, finance/accountancy, cost management, health and safety etc.
