Team

Articulate is a team of business and property professionals with track records of client representation and leadership in private, public and not-for-profit sector organisations.

Articulate was founded by Ken Cowdery.  Ken has a long track record of leading successful projects both as a property consultant and former MD of a property plc.  Ken is a Chartered Surveyor, Fellow of the RSA and Chair of Governors of a special-needs school in Surrey.

Depending on your requirements, Articulate works with a number of associated business and property professionals to bring the specialist skills needed to lead and deliver your project.
