Articulate is a passion brought to life by Ken who believes there is great reward in creating lasting, positive impact that is both commercial and social.
Ken possesses a special ability to absorb and translate a client's vision, purpose and culture into a plan of action, and it is this which allows him to bring ideas to reality.
For over 30 years Ken has been involved in taking ideas from inception to completion, both as a business leader and as a property consultant. He is committed to helping organisations realise their ideas, as well as working hard to get his own ideas off the ground.
Ken steps into his clients' shoes and leads projects in line with their values and goals. He helps to shape the vision and strategy, then recruits and guides top teams that translate these goals into actions. He remains integrated with the team, leading and steering them through project delivery and transition management, ensuring projects fulfill their optimum potential.
Ken has worked with many great organisations creating and developing extraordinary ideas. Most recently he has taken an idea about promoting mental health to the reality of a newly-formed social enterprise delivering world-class mental health learning out of a brand-new, multi-award winning, learning and events centre.
Ken is also co-founder of For The Common Good Ltd, chairs the governing body for three schools for children with special needs, co-founded and sits as a trustee of an armed forces charity and actively supports numerous charitable and voluntary causes.
